Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Thuppakki has got nomination in 10 Categories in SIIMA Awards 2013. Vijay has been nominated for best actor and best play back singer. A.R Murugadoss has been nominated for best director, Thuppakki for best film and Kajal Agarwal has been nominated for best actress awards.
SIIMA, an acronym for South Indian International Movie Awards, is a one-of-its-kind endeavour to present South Indian Cinema on a global platform. SIIMA consists of film from language Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam industries.
SIIMA Awards 2013 will be held on September 12th & 13th, 2013 in U.A.E. Biggest start of south Indian cinema Shruti Haasan, Hansika, Shriya, Richa Gangopadhyay, Pranitha, Anirudh, Andrea, Lakshmi Menon and Remya Nambeesan will perform at the event.
