Genelia D’Souza about Vijay and Velayutham

Genelia D’Souza is a busy girl these days. After getting rave reviews for her performance in Urumi, the actress is now wrapping up work on her latest Tamil film M Raja’s Velayudham, in which she shares screen space with Vijay. Her most recent Tamil film was Uthama Puthiran with Dhanush.

'This is also my second film with Vijay, after 'Sachein' (2005). It is almost done, excepting two songs that need to be shot. Vijay is a great co-star. He has no starry airs about him and this makes us a hit combination on screen, says Genelia.
She plays a journalist in the movie. ' I trained hard for the role. I enjoyed doing the movie. It was a delight working in the project.
