Ilayathalapathy’s next release in the pipeline, Velayutham, is in the last leg of shoots.The director is filming the climax portion of this film. Before director Jayam Raja beganwith the climax, Vijay is reported to have had a discussion with Velayutham’s producerAascar Ravichandran. He had reportedly told the producer to invest some more money inthe climax as he wants it to a grand and extravagant.
Sources close to Vijay have said that he wants a grand climax because the expectationsfrom fans are exceedingly high ever since the success of Kavalan. Aascar has alsoobliged to Vijay’s request.
